Meet Pattie

Pattie Schreiber is a dynamic individual who is passionate about life, leadership, and purpose. 

 

She brings over three decades of nonprofit and business experience to her executive coaching practice, Greater Good Leadership Coaching. Prior to launching the coaching practice, Pattie held leadership and professional positions with cause-related and social service nonprofit organizations as well as worked directly with corporations and businesses. Her background encompasses a wide range of initiatives for individual development, team building, staff training, facilitation, and goal attainment.

 

As a sought-after volunteer, Pattie has served as a Board Officer, including Co-President, Vice President, and Trustee for numerous nonprofits. 

 

Having the experience of the Professional leader and Stakeholder brings a valuable perspective to leadership coaching. 

 

Pattie melds active listening, powerful thought reflection, and purpose-driven goal setting with planned actions toward desired results into customized coaching for each client.

 

She founded her coaching practice on the principle that all leaders have opportunities to impact the world daily and those that are purpose-driven make the most effective and successful leaders in work and life.

Pattie earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Recreation from the University of Florida and holds a post-graduate certification in Personal & Executive Coaching from the CaPP Institute. Pattie is a member of the International Coach Federation and follows its Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
