Leadership Coaching for
Work, Life & the Greater Good
Most leaders are highly driven, outwardly successful people.
But when you look on the inside they're overwhelmed and exhausted, craving a solution to their problem of 'not enough time'. If there was just more time in a day, they could get it all done.

The problem is we can't create more of it.
There is, however, a different way to look at time and your relationship to it, and it could be the key to more harmony in your work and life, fulfilling your sense of purpose for the Greater Good.
Hi, I'm Pattie
A Leadership Expert & Coach
Every day I see leaders across all sectors who have one thing in common: they want to have time for everything.
They're missing out on life because they leave their mind at work, they feel like they're not accomplishing enough at work because their brain is on overload, and they just can't stay on top of everything.

As a mother, recurrent cancer survivor, and leader in several cause-related organizations, I know what it's like. I have developed skills to find more time for work and life that I now share with my coaching clients.
I bring over two and a half decades of nonprofit and business experience to my executive coaching practice and love focusing my time on supporting leaders of the Greater Good.
Who is a Greater Good Leader?
Greater Good Leaders are people just like you, who believe that our actions and reactions impact not only ourselves, but the people around us.
Being a Greater Good Leader means that you empower your team with honest communication, you strive to lead by example, and you make it a priority to listen to your people.

"Coaching has allowed me to see myself through a different lens … with someone neutral, but supportive. I am learning that a lot of the answers are already inside of me, I just have to take the time to find them."
